This document consolidates the previously separate v1.0 Agingo Mind Terms of Service, Activation Service Terms, Limited Software Use Rights Addendum, Acceptable Use Policy, and User-Selected Model and Output Responsibility Addendum into a single agreement. Version 1.3 revises the Service Term so that it runs per software version — ten (10) years from the date Agingo first offers that version — as described in Sections A.3, B.3, B.9, and C.2.

Part A — General Terms of Service

A.1 Acceptance of Terms

Agingo Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("Agingo," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Agingo Mind Activation Service and related websites, software, support, documentation, payment flows, activation credentials, and optional features. These Terms govern your purchase, activation, access to, and use of Agingo Mind.

By clicking to accept, purchasing, activating, installing, accessing, or using Agingo Mind, you agree to these Terms and the documents incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not purchase, activate, install, access, or use Agingo Mind.

If you use Agingo Mind for a business, organization, agency, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity and its authorized users.

A.2 Structure of the Agreement, Incorporated Documents, and Order of Precedence

These Terms consist of this Part A and the following Parts, each of which is part of this single agreement:

The following separate documents are incorporated into these Terms as applicable:

If there is a conflict, a signed order form or enterprise agreement controls for that order, followed by these Terms (with Part B controlling for activation-specific issues and Part C controlling for software-use-specific issues, as stated in those Parts), the Payment/Tax Addendum, the Privacy Policy for privacy matters, the Data Sale Program Terms for data-sale matters, and then other incorporated policies, unless a document states a different order of precedence.

A.3 Service-First Product Description

Agingo Mind is offered as the Agingo Mind Activation Service, under which Agingo grants you a limited right to install and run Agingo Mind v1.0 as locally installed software on your own devices, as enabled and administered by the Activation Service. Agingo Mind is software that you install and run locally on your own hardware, together with the Activation Service that activates and administers it. It is not software as a service in the conventional hosted sense: because the software runs on your systems, your data remains on your systems, under your control. Agingo does not centrally host, store, or control Customer Data (see Section A.7, Customer Data Ownership and No-Use Default). Agingo sells a usage right to the Activation Service and Agingo Mind v1.0, not ownership of software, source code, models, model weights, activation infrastructure, trademarks, service credentials, documentation, updates, or other intellectual property.

Your usage right applies to the specific version of Agingo Mind identified in your order (currently Agingo Mind v1.0). Each version of Agingo Mind has a term of ten (10) years beginning on the date Agingo first offers that version for purchase (the “Service Term” for that version), regardless of when you purchase or activate. Unless your order states a different service term, activation under the Activation Service continues for the remainder of the Service Term of the version identified in your order, as described in Section B.3 (Service Tier, Quantity, and Device Limits) and Section B.9 (Updates, Support, and End of Life). The date a version was first offered, and the corresponding end date of its Service Term, are shown at checkout or in the applicable order.

Activation keys are service access credentials and limited software-use credentials. They are not stored value, gift cards, securities, tokens, crypto assets, or standalone transferable property.

The Activation Service may include entitlement administration, activation credentials, device/server binding, license validation, update eligibility, support routing, replacement credentials, fraud/security controls, revocation, transfer administration, payment/tax records, and optional user-controlled data sale features.

Agingo Mind v1.0 is currently offered as a beta release. Beta status means the software may contain bugs, incomplete or experimental features, and behavior that changes as Agingo continues development, and Agingo may modify, patch, update, or replace beta features at any time. Beta status does not shorten the Service Term.

A.4 Limited Software-Use Rights

Agingo grants you only the limited software-use rights described in Part C (Limited Software Use Rights) to install and run Agingo Mind v1.0 as locally installed software. Those rights exist solely in conjunction with the Activation Service during the Service Term and within the applicable edition, device, seat, and usage limits.

You do not receive ownership of the software, activation credentials, source code, object code, documentation, updates, models, service infrastructure, or other Agingo intellectual property.

A.5 User-Selected Models, Outputs, and Downstream Use

Agingo Mind is an activation and inferencing tool. Agingo makes available a catalog of supported AI models that can be used with Agingo Mind. "User-Selected Models" means the models you choose to run from the Agingo Mind catalog. Agingo does not train, fine-tune, retrain, or distill models, and does not use one model to create another. To deliver models efficiently, Agingo may convert model weight files to reduced-precision numerical formats (quantization) and repackage them into Agingo's own file format for local execution. This conversion changes the storage precision and layout of the weight files, not the model's architecture or its trained parameters' source, and does not create a new trained model. Agingo does not charge a separate fee for model weights. Each model in the catalog remains subject to its own license and terms, which you must review and comply with. Unless Agingo separately agrees in writing, you control the prompts, credentials, data sources, plugins, tools, configurations, and workflows used with Agingo Mind, and the choice of which User-Selected Models to run.

Model outputs are generated by User-Selected Models and related third-party or user-controlled systems. Agingo does not warrant that outputs, classifications, code, recommendations, commands, summaries, automations, or other results are accurate, complete, safe, lawful, non-infringing, unbiased, available, reliable, suitable, or fit for any purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, approving, and lawfully using outputs and downstream actions before relying on, publishing, distributing, automating, executing, or acting on them. You are also responsible for complying with model licenses, model cards, provider terms, privacy obligations, export controls, professional rules, data rights, and applicable laws. Part E (User-Selected Model and Output Responsibility) states these responsibilities in more detail.

A.6 No Professional, Medical, Legal, Financial, or Emergency Advice

Agingo Mind is not intended to provide medical, mental-health, legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, engineering, safety-critical, emergency, or other regulated professional advice. Do not use Agingo Mind as a substitute for qualified professional judgment, independent verification, human review, legally required decision-making processes, or emergency services.

If you use Agingo Mind in a regulated or high-risk context, you are responsible for obtaining qualified professional review, implementing safeguards, satisfying legal requirements, and determining whether the use is permitted.

A.7 Customer Data Ownership and No-Use Default

Customer Data belongs to the customer. Agingo does not use Customer Data for AI training, model fine-tuning, targeted advertising, retargeting, data brokerage, resale, profiling, or unrelated product development by default.

Agingo may process limited Operational Records needed to provide, secure, support, bill, tax, deliver, maintain, and enforce the Activation Service, as described in the Privacy Policy and Customer Data Ownership Terms.

Any optional personal-use data sale or licensing feature requires separate, specific, affirmative consent and is not required to buy, activate, or use Agingo Mind.

A.8 Orders, Taxes, Payment, and Delivery

Prices, activation quantities, service terms, device limits, refund rules, and taxes are shown at checkout or in the applicable order. You must provide accurate billing, tax-location, buyer-type, and payment information before Agingo delivers activation credentials.

Agingo may use Stripe or other processors to process card, local payment method, or invoiced payments. Agingo may use Stripe Tax or another provider to calculate tax based on the information you provide and Agingo’s tax registrations. USDC and other supported digital asset payments, if offered, are payment methods only and are governed by the Payment, Tax, Stripe, and USDC Addendum.

Agingo may withhold, delay, revoke, or refuse activation credentials for payment failure, suspected fraud, tax-location mismatch, sanctions concerns, chargebacks, unauthorized resale, key leakage, circumvention, or violation of the Agreement.

A.9 Accounts, Credentials, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, activation credentials, wallets, API keys, model-provider keys, devices, servers, and connected accounts. Activity occurring through your credentials or under your identity may be treated as your activity unless Agingo determines otherwise.

You must notify Agingo promptly if you believe your account, activation key, device, wallet, API key, or connected account has been compromised.

A.10 Acceptable Use and Legal Compliance

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy in Part D and all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, model licenses, third-party provider terms, data-rights obligations, privacy laws, professional rules, and consumer-protection requirements.

You may not misuse Agingo Mind, bypass activation or security controls, share or resell activation credentials without Agingo approval, use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes, or use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

A.11 Intellectual Property and Feedback

Agingo and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Agingo Mind, the Activation Service, activation credentials, software, source code, object code, user interfaces, documentation, trademarks, service infrastructure, and related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in the Agreement.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, Agingo may use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you, provided Agingo does not use Customer Data contrary to the Privacy Policy or any separate written agreement.

A.12 Third-Party Components, Models, and Services

Agingo Mind may interoperate with third-party software, open-source components, model files, model weights, APIs, plugins, wallets, payment processors, cloud platforms, operating systems, libraries, data sources, and services. Third-party components and services may be subject to separate terms, licenses, fees, privacy practices, availability limits, restrictions, and compliance obligations.

Agingo is not responsible for third-party models, model providers, APIs, plugins, model licenses, outages, refusals, safety behavior, hallucinations, privacy practices, training practices, or outputs unless Agingo expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

A.13 Suspension, Revocation, and Termination

Agingo may suspend, revoke, disable, limit, or terminate access to Agingo Mind or any activation credential if Agingo reasonably believes that you violated the Agreement, failed to pay, caused a chargeback, used stolen or unauthorized payment methods, created security or legal risk, engaged in prohibited conduct, violated sanctions/export rules, attempted unauthorized resale or transfer, or bypassed activation or security controls.

Upon termination, your right to use Agingo Mind ends, and you must stop using the software and service. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, data-sale obligations, confidentiality or privacy obligations, dispute terms, and records obligations.

A.14 Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agingo Mind, the Activation Service, software, activation credentials, support, documentation, and related features are provided "as is" and "as available." Agingo disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, security, availability, compatibility, accuracy, and reliability.

Agingo Mind v1.0 is currently offered as a beta release. Agingo does not warrant that beta features are complete, stable, secure, or error-free, and beta features, defaults, and behavior may change, be added, or be removed as Agingo continues development.

Agingo does not warrant the accuracy, safety, legality, completeness, reliability, suitability, or usefulness of outputs generated by User-Selected Models or third-party systems.

A.15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agingo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages; lost profits; lost revenues; lost data; lost goodwill; business interruption; procurement of substitute services; or damages arising from outputs, user-selected models, third-party services, unauthorized access, or downstream use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agingo’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Agreement will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Agingo for the affected Activation Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) $100.00 USD.

Nothing in the Agreement excludes or limits liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

A.16 Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agingo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and agents from and against claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use or misuse of Agingo Mind, violation of the Agreement, violation of law, User-Selected Models, prompts, inputs, outputs, credentials, integrations, automated actions, data packages, downstream use, unauthorized resale or transfer, or infringement or violation of third-party rights.

For individual consumers, this indemnity applies only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law and does not limit any nonwaivable rights.

A.17 Changes to the Agreement

Agingo may modify, supplement, or replace these Terms (including Parts B through E) and the incorporated documents from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice in a manner appropriate to the change, such as posting the updated terms, providing in-app notice, or sending notice to the email associated with your account.

Unless a different effective date is stated, updated terms become effective when posted for new purchases and, for existing users, on the effective date stated in the notice. Your continued access to or use of Agingo Mind after the effective date means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using Agingo Mind and may not activate additional credentials.

For material changes that impose new obligations, materially reduce existing paid-service functionality during a fixed paid term, materially change dispute terms, or materially change how Agingo uses Customer Data, Agingo may require you to affirmatively accept the updated terms before continuing to use affected features. Agingo will not use Customer Data for AI training, advertising, resale, data brokerage, profiling, unrelated product development, or a user-directed data sale unless the user provides any separate consent required by the applicable agreement and law. Updated terms do not retroactively alter completed transactions, completed data sales, or claims that arose before the effective date except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

A.18 Governing Law, Venue, and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless applicable law gives you a nonwaivable right to bring claims elsewhere.

A.19 Contact

Legal notices to Agingo must be sent to: legal@agingo.com and Agingo Corporation, 1401 W Morehead St, Ste 150, Charlotte, NC 28208, USA. Support requests should be sent to support@agingo.com. Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@agingo.com.

Part B — Activation Service Terms

Activation credentials, entitlement administration, and service access

B.1 Relationship to These Terms

This Part B is part of the Agingo Mind Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given elsewhere in these Terms. If this Part B conflicts with Part A for activation-specific issues, this Part B controls for those issues unless a signed order form states otherwise.

B.2 What the Activation Service Is

The Agingo Mind Activation Service administers service access credentials and entitlements for Agingo Mind. It may include activation key issuance, entitlement verification, device/server binding, license validation, update eligibility, support routing, replacement credentials, transfer administration, fraud/security controls, revocation, and payment/tax recordkeeping.

An activation key is a service access credential and limited software-use credential. It is not software ownership, stored value, a gift card, a security, a token, a crypto asset, or standalone transferable property.

B.3 Service Tier, Quantity, and Device Limits

Your order identifies the service tier, activation quantity, edition, device/server limits, service term, support level, update eligibility, and any special restrictions. Unless the order expressly states otherwise, each activation credential may be used only for the number of devices, servers, seats, or activations shown at checkout or in the order.

Unless your order states a different service term, the Activation Service runs for the remainder of the Service Term of the software version identified in your order. The Service Term of each version is ten (10) years from the date Agingo first offers that version for purchase, regardless of when you purchase or activate. Agingo will maintain your activation credential for the remainder of the Service Term, subject to Section B.9 (Updates, Support, and End of Life) and the other terms of this Agreement.

Agingo may use license verification, device identifiers, hardware fingerprints, privacy-preserving hashes, account credentials, usage logs, or similar technical measures to verify authorized activation and prevent fraud, key sharing, circumvention, or abuse.

B.4 Required Information Before Delivery

Agingo may require your name, email address, billing/tax location, buyer type, business tax ID if applicable, payment information, fraud/security signals, and any other information reasonably needed to process payment, calculate tax, issue a receipt, deliver activation credentials, prevent fraud, screen for sanctions/source-of-funds concerns, and maintain required transaction records.

Agingo may withhold or delay delivery if required information is missing, inaccurate, unverifiable, inconsistent, or raises compliance or fraud concerns.

B.5 Digital Delivery

Activation credentials are delivered electronically to the email address, account, wallet-linked profile, checkout page, or other delivery destination associated with the order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and account information and for maintaining access to the delivery destination.

Agingo is not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect information, spam filtering, compromised accounts, wallet/account loss, device issues, or customer-side technical problems. If Agingo cannot deliver an activation credential after accepting payment, Agingo will provide a replacement delivery method or refund as required by applicable law.

B.6 Activation, Validation, and Replacement

Activation may require online validation, account login, device/server binding, or periodic service checks. Certain features may not function if activation validation fails or if the service is suspended, revoked, expired, replaced, or unavailable.

Agingo may replace activation credentials if Agingo determines that replacement is appropriate due to delivery error, key compromise, product migration, device replacement, fraud investigation, or support resolution. Replacement may require deactivation of the prior credential.

B.7 Suspension, Revocation, and Refusal

Agingo may suspend, revoke, disable, refuse, or decline to honor an activation credential if Agingo reasonably believes the credential was obtained through fraud, theft, payment failure, chargeback, unauthorized resale, sanctions violation, source-of-funds concern, circumvention, key sharing, leaked-key distribution, abuse, or violation of the Agreement.

A token, wallet record, receipt, screenshot, marketplace listing, or blockchain transaction does not by itself create a valid Agingo Mind activation right unless Agingo recognizes the activation or transfer through the Activation Service and the recipient completes any required tax, compliance, account, and activation steps.

B.8 Transfers, Resale, and Tokenization

You may not sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, transfer, publish, auction, tokenize, wrap, escrow, or otherwise distribute an activation credential except through an Agingo-approved process. Any unauthorized transfer may be void, and Agingo may refuse activation or revoke the affected credential.

If Agingo offers an approved transfer process, Agingo may require identity, tax-location, sanctions, source-of-funds, fraud, payment, transfer-fee, and recipient-acceptance steps before recognizing the transfer.

B.9 Updates, Support, and End of Life

Unless expressly stated in the order, an activation credential grants access only to the edition, tier, features, and update eligibility shown at checkout or in the order, for the remainder of the Service Term described in Section B.3 (ten (10) years from the date the applicable software version is first offered, unless your order states otherwise). Purchase of an activation credential does not guarantee access to all future versions, premium features, cloud services, model updates, support plans, or new products beyond that Service Term.

Agingo may patch, update, modify, retire, replace, or discontinue versions of Agingo Mind or related activation infrastructure, and updates to Agingo Mind v1.0 may be more frequent and substantial while it remains in beta. Agingo will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice of material end-of-life decisions when appropriate, but does not guarantee perpetual support, updates, activation infrastructure, compatibility with future operating systems, hardware, model formats, third-party services, or blockchain networks beyond the Service Term.

B.10 Refunds and Digital Delivery

All sales are final. Agingo does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for activation credentials once an order is placed, regardless of whether the credential has been delivered, activated, or used, except to the extent required by nonwaivable law.

Consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract remain unaffected.

Part C — Limited Software Use Rights

Software-use permission supporting the Activation Service

C.1 Relationship to the Activation Service

Agingo Mind is provided as part of the Agingo Mind Activation Service. Agingo does not sell software ownership. This Part C grants limited software-use rights solely so you can access and use the Activation Service under the applicable order and these Terms.

C.2 Grant of Limited Rights

Subject to your compliance with the Agreement, Agingo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to install and run the specific version of Agingo Mind identified in your order (currently Agingo Mind v1.0) as locally installed software on your own devices, activated and administered through the Agingo Mind Activation Service, during the remainder of the Service Term described in Section B.3 (ten (10) years from the date that version is first offered, unless your order states otherwise), for the edition, seat count, device/server limits, and use case shown at checkout or in your order.

These rights are personal to you or the entity identified in the order. They do not permit use by affiliates, contractors, customers, service bureaus, managed-service clients, or other third parties unless the order expressly allows it.

C.3 No Ownership or Implied Rights

This Part C does not transfer ownership of Agingo Mind, source code, object code, models, model weights, activation keys, service credentials, documentation, update infrastructure, user interfaces, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other Agingo intellectual property. Agingo and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted.

No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, exhaustion, course of dealing, or otherwise except to the extent required by nonwaivable law.

C.4 Restrictions

Except to the extent applicable law gives you a nonwaivable right, you may not:

C.5 Copies, Backups, and Updates

You may make copies only as reasonably necessary to install and use Agingo Mind within your authorized activation limits and to maintain a backup copy if permitted by law and the order. Backup copies are subject to this Part C.

Updates, patches, bug fixes, new versions, and documentation are covered by this Part C unless accompanied by separate terms. Agingo may require updates for security, compatibility, activation, or service reliability.

C.6 Open-Source, Third-Party Components, and User-Selected Models

Agingo Mind may include or interoperate with open-source components, third-party libraries, drivers, APIs, wallets, cloud services, plugins, model runtimes, model files, model weights, and operating-system features. Those components may be subject to separate notices, licenses, restrictions, disclaimers, or availability limits.

Models available through the Agingo Mind catalog are third-party or open models distributed for your convenience. Each model is governed by its own license, and this Part C does not grant rights to any third-party or open model beyond those granted by the applicable model license. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the license of each User-Selected Model you run.

C.7 Termination of Software-Use Rights

Your software-use rights terminate automatically when your Activation Service access expires, is revoked, is terminated, or is no longer authorized under the Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using Agingo Mind and delete or disable unauthorized copies unless retention is required by nonwaivable law or a written agreement.

Termination does not limit Agingo’s other rights or remedies.

C.8 Export, Sanctions, and Restricted Use

You may not export, re-export, transfer, access, or use Agingo Mind in violation of applicable export controls, sanctions, embargoes, restricted-party rules, or destination restrictions. You are responsible for determining whether your use of Agingo Mind, User-Selected Models, hardware, data, and outputs is legally permitted.

Part D — Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited uses and enforcement standards

D.1 Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Agingo Mind, the Activation Service, activation credentials, software, support, payment flows, optional data-sale features, Data Packages, buyer access, and any connected features provided by Agingo. You are responsible for your users, devices, credentials, models, data, prompts, outputs, tools, and downstream actions.

D.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Agingo Mind or related features to:

D.3 Model, Tool, and Data Safety

You must configure User-Selected Models, tools, plugins, agents, and credentials with appropriate safety, access, spending, logging, review, and permission controls. You are responsible for any automated action or tool call executed under your identity, credentials, device, server, wallet, organization account, or third-party account.

D.4 Enforcement

Agingo may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, block data packages, suspend features, revoke activation credentials, disable accounts, withhold payouts, report misconduct, preserve records, or terminate access where Agingo reasonably believes there is a violation or legal/security risk.

Agingo’s failure to enforce this policy in one situation does not waive its right to enforce later.

D.5 Reporting

Report security issues to security@agingo.com, abuse issues to abuse@agingo.com, privacy issues to privacy@agingo.com, and legal notices to legal@agingo.com or Agingo Corporation, 1401 W Morehead St, Ste 150, Charlotte, NC 28208, USA. Do not exploit or publicly disclose vulnerabilities without authorization.

Part E — User-Selected Model and Output Responsibility

User-selected models, third-party outputs, and downstream responsibility

E.1 Supported Models and User Choice

Agingo Mind is an activation and inferencing tool. Agingo makes available a catalog of supported AI models for use with Agingo Mind. Each model remains subject to its own license and terms, which you must review and comply with. You control the prompts, credentials, data sources, plugins, tools, APIs, configurations, and workflows used with Agingo Mind, and the choice of which User-Selected Models to run.

Agingo distributes catalog models as a convenience but is not the author, developer, trainer, or licensor of third-party or open models, and does not become a model auditor, professional advisor, or guarantor of model behavior because Agingo Mind delivers, loads, calls, displays, routes, or helps you run inference with a User-Selected Model.

E.2 Model Outputs Are Generated by User-Selected Models

Outputs are generated by User-Selected Models and related user-controlled or third-party systems. Outputs may include text, code, classifications, summaries, recommendations, commands, tool calls, agent actions, structured data, embeddings, media, or other results.

Agingo does not warrant or guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, safe, secure, lawful, non-infringing, unbiased, available, reliable, suitable, or fit for your purpose. Model behavior can vary by model, weights, provider, prompt, configuration, data, hardware, runtime, and version.

E.3 User Responsibility for Rights and Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, model licenses, open-source licenses, open-weight licenses, model cards, acceptable-use policies, API terms, privacy obligations, data rights, export controls, sanctions, professional rules, and third-party restrictions that apply to your models, prompts, inputs, outputs, tools, data, credentials, and downstream use.

You must not load or connect models, data, or tools unless you have the right to use them for your intended purpose.

E.4 Processing Under Your Identity and Authority

When Agingo Mind uses your login, API key, wallet, cloud account, local device, server, organization account, credentials, repository, or third-party account, you are the actor responsible for that processing and for all permissions, limits, costs, terms, data exposure, outputs, and downstream actions arising from that use.

You are responsible for protecting credentials and for setting appropriate permissions, spending limits, safety restrictions, access controls, logging, human review, and kill switches.

E.5 Human Review, Testing, and High-Risk Uses

You must review, test, validate, and approve outputs and automated actions before relying on, publishing, distributing, executing, or acting on them. You should use heightened review and safeguards for code, legal/regulatory matters, safety-sensitive systems, security operations, financial matters, healthcare, employment, education, insurance, housing, credit, government services, or other high-impact contexts.

You are responsible for determining whether a proposed use is permitted and whether it requires professional review, human oversight, risk assessment, documentation, notice, consent, audit, bias testing, security testing, or other safeguards.

E.6 No Professional or Emergency Use

Agingo Mind is not intended to provide medical, mental-health, legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, engineering, safety-critical, emergency, or other regulated professional advice. Do not use Agingo Mind as a substitute for qualified professionals, independent judgment, emergency services, or legally required decision-making processes.

E.7 Privacy Boundary for Third-Party Providers

Agingo’s no-use-by-default promise applies to Agingo. If you connect a third-party model, API, plugin, cloud host, data source, repository, wallet, or other service, that third party may process data according to its own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before connection and for deciding what data to send.

E.8 Changes in Model Behavior

Models, providers, runtime settings, content filters, context windows, tool permissions, model weights, prompts, and software versions may change output behavior. You are responsible for retesting workflows after updates or model changes, especially before using outputs in production, regulated, high-risk, or customer-facing contexts.
