1. Beta Software
Agingo Mind Personal Version 1 is beta software and is provided as an early release. Features, model availability, compatibility, performance, interfaces, and functionality may change during the support period. The software may contain errors, interruptions, incomplete features, or other limitations typically associated with beta software.
The introductory purchase price reflects the early-stage nature of Version 1 and should not be interpreted as a representation of future pricing, functionality, or performance.
2. Version 1 Support Period
Agingo intends to support Agingo Mind Personal Version 1 from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2036.
Support may include access to activation services, available Version 1 software updates, compatibility updates, security updates, bug fixes, and other services Agingo determines are appropriate for Version 1. Support does not guarantee that every feature, model, operating-system version, hardware component, or third-party dependency will remain available or compatible throughout the entire support period.
Version 1 access does not automatically include future major product versions, paid upgrades, optional services, commercial editions, or separately activated features.
3. Device Activation
A purchase provides an activation of Agingo Mind Personal Version 1 for the device on which it is activated, subject to Agingo’s activation, hardware-replacement, transfer, fraud-prevention, and account-verification policies.
Activation may be associated with hardware characteristics, including the computer’s processor, motherboard, or other device identifiers. Significant hardware changes may require reactivation or review by Agingo. An internet connection may be required for initial activation, periodic validation, software updates, and access to certain services.
4. Local Inference, Token Usage, and Generation Speed
Agingo Mind Personal does not impose a cumulative limit on the number of tokens that a user may generate locally during the applicable activation and support period. Agingo does not charge the user based on the number of tokens locally generated through the activated software.
Agingo Mind Personal is subject to generation-speed, throughput, concurrency, model, session, and other technical limits established for the Personal edition. These limits may restrict the rate at which tokens are processed or generated, but they do not create a cumulative token allowance or require the user to purchase additional tokens from Agingo.
The maximum generation rate available through the Personal edition may be established or adjusted by Agingo to maintain product differentiation, reliability, security, compatibility, system stability, or intended personal-use operation. Agingo will not materially reduce the core local-generation functionality of an activated Version 1 product in a manner inconsistent with the applicable product description at the time of purchase, except where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, third-party restrictions, or continued product operation.
Actual token-generation speed may be below the applicable Personal-edition limit and will vary based on factors including the user’s processor, memory capacity and bandwidth, processor instruction support, selected model, model size, quantization, prompt length, operating-system configuration, background activity, thermal conditions, and other hardware or software conditions.
References to “unlimited tokens,” “unlimited local AI usage,” or similar terms mean that Agingo does not impose a cumulative token allowance or per-token inference charge for eligible local use. These terms do not mean unlimited generation speed, unlimited concurrent use, guaranteed availability, guaranteed performance, or unrestricted access to models, downloads, updates, storage, internet services, or third-party resources.
Agingo Mind Personal is intended for individual personal use. Commercial, organizational, server, hosted, shared-service, resale, or high-volume automated use may require a different Agingo product or separately activated feature.
5. Hardware and Performance
Agingo Mind may operate on a broad range of supported 64-bit Windows computers. However, the quality and speed of the user experience depend significantly on the computer’s hardware, operating environment, selected model, model size, quantization, available memory, memory bandwidth, processor capabilities, background activity, and other system conditions.
For the recommended Version 1 experience, Agingo currently recommends:
- A relatively recent 64-bit AMD or Intel processor
- At least 8 physical CPU cores
- DDR5 system memory
- AVX-512 processor support where available
- Sufficient memory and storage for the selected models
Systems that do not meet these recommendations may still run the software, but model loading, prompt processing, and response generation may be materially slower.
Performance statements, including expected generation speeds of approximately 15–30 tokens per second, are estimates rather than guarantees. Actual performance may be higher or lower depending on the user’s hardware, selected model, system configuration, and operating conditions.
6. Model Availability
Agingo Mind allows users to download and run supported AI models. Models may be created, maintained, distributed, changed, restricted, or discontinued by third parties.
Agingo does not guarantee that any particular model will remain available throughout the Version 1 support period. Model use may be subject to separate terms, acceptable-use policies, geographic restrictions, or other conditions established by the model provider or distributor.
Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms applicable to each model they download or use.
7. Internet and Storage Requirements
Although AI inference is performed locally, an internet connection may be required for activation, validation, software updates, model catalog access, and model downloads.
AI models may require substantial storage space, memory, processing capacity, and download bandwidth. The user is responsible for providing sufficient hardware resources, internet access, storage, and any associated data, electricity, or infrastructure costs.
8. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, biased, or unsuitable for the user’s intended purpose.
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on, publishing, distributing, or acting upon it. Agingo Mind should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified professional advice or independent judgment in medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk matters.
9. Changes and Availability
Agingo may modify Version 1 when reasonably necessary to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, activation services, software distribution, model support, or product operation.
Agingo may remove or replace features, models, integrations, or services that become insecure, unsupported, unlawful, technically impractical, unavailable, or subject to third-party restrictions.
Nothing in these terms guarantees that Version 1 will remain unchanged during the support period.
